Drive sales success in the APJ region by localizing global enablement programs. As a key enabler, you will ensure customer-facing teams are equipped with skills, tools and methodologies to maximize performance across the customer lifecycle.
About the Role:
As a Regional Sales Enablement Manager, your primary responsibility will be to deliver, reinforce and localize enablement programs driving sales performance across APJ. Specifically, your focus will be on:
* Serving as the primary enablement point of contact in-region for Sales and Sales Engineering leaders.
* Localizing and delivering global enablement programs, including core sales skills, SE enablement and onboarding reinforcement.
* Supporting rollout and adoption of global sales methodology, tracking impact and surfacing insights.
* Collaborating with global enablement peers to align on best practices, share feedback and ensure consistency across regions.

* Data-driven problem solving.
* 5+ years of experience in sales, sales enablement or GTM roles, ideally in B2B SaaS.
* A background as a sales rep, SE or sales leader (preferred).
* Experience delivering and reinforcing sales methodology (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, Command of the Message).
* Ability to adapt global enablement programs to regional needs.
* Experience analyzing program effectiveness and adjusting approach based on outcomes.
* Comfortable working across time zones with diverse stakeholders.
* Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong and LMS/CMS platforms.
