Job Title: Service Delivery Manager
The role of a Service Delivery Manager is to oversee the end-to-end delivery of allocated contracts across multiple client sites.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead site teams and ensure workforce readiness, rostering, and operational execution.
* Ensure all project processes and procedures are in place and operational.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships at operational and senior levels.
* Manage contract performance including financial oversight (P&L, cost control, invoicing).
* Lead mobilisation/demobilisation of services in line with scope changes or project phases.
* Work collaboratively with HSEQ, HR/IR, Commercial and Finance teams to ensure alignment.
Requirements:
* 5+ years' experience managing service contracts in the mining, oil & gas or heavy industry sectors.
* Proven experience managing multi-site operations or critical infrastructure delivery.
* Strong commercial acumen – P&L ownership, variation management, and contract compliance.
* Excellent leadership, client engagement, and workforce coordination skills.
* Strong working knowledge of WHS and risk management frameworks.
* Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities across locations.
