About the opportunity
Pulse Cardiology is currently seeking to expand their reception team and is looking for a candidate who is passionate about customer service, helping others and has exposure and experience working in a health business.
We are a dynamic, passionate and experienced group that delivers supportive and exceptional outcome driven healthcare to all of our patients.
We value and welcome your experience and skills. You will be a part of a strong administration team within the clinics and in addition, you will be fully supported by our team of professionals to help you build your skills.

Talents:
* Experience in the Medical industry
* Minimum 6-12 months of medical industry experience required
* Have proven customer service and reception qualities
* Answering telephone calls & enquiries efficiently
* Managing appointment schedules
* Ability to prioritise
* Processing payments
* General administrative duties
* Polished presentation with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Friendly disposition, personable and a team player
* Computer savvy – knowledge of Genie is advantageous
