What You'll Bring – Required Skills:
* Processing experience in Iron Ore operations (12 to 24 months preferred)
* Proven ability to operate and troubleshoot fixed plant equipment
* Valid Driver's License
* Working at Heights certification
* Confined Space training
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
Nice to Have Skills:
* Additional industry-specific certifications or training
* Experience working on 12-hour shifts
* Familiarity with site-specific safety standards and procedures
Preferred Education and Experience:
* Trade qualification or relevant technical diploma in process technology or related field
* 12+ months of hands-on processing experience in iron ore or similar heavy industry environments
Other Requirements:
* Availability to work on a 12-hour shift roster (8/6 and 7/7 days and nights)
* This role is initially a 3-6 month assignment with potential for extension
