Lead National Strategies and Drive Market Share Growth
As a Senior Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer value, strategic growth, operational performance, and digital transformation across the wool broking, livestock, and grain businesses. Reporting to the CEO, you will lead a national team of sales professionals, increase customer presence, expand market share, and deliver innovative solutions.
This role oversees financing, listing tools, and partnerships while embedding ESG, safety, and sustainability across the network. You'll work cross-functionally and represent the company across industry, regulatory, and client relationships.
* Responsibilities:
* Lead national strategies to drive market share growth, client acquisition, and business innovation
* Build capability across a high-performing workforce with a focus on engagement, safety, succession, and recruitment strategies
* Strengthen the company's presence in the market by representing the brand with key clients, suppliers, and industry bodies
* Foster customer-centric thinking across all channels, ensuring value delivery and tailored solutions for producers
* Oversee national operations, including auction channels, regulatory compliance, and P&L performance
* Ensure strong governance and compliance by leading risk management, regulatory adherence, and audit accountability
* Embed sustainability and ESG principles into operations, promoting ethical sourcing, animal welfare, and long-term environmental responsibility
About You
You are a commercially-minded leader with deep agribusiness experience and a passion for delivering growth, value, and innovation. You have:
* A strong customer orientation with a commitment to delivering value and innovation to producers
* Tertiary qualifications in Business or Agriculture or a related field
* Extensive senior leadership experience in the wool, livestock, and/or grain industry
* Demonstrated capability in driving business growth and operational excellence
* Strategic planning and financial acumen with a deep understanding of performance metrics and P&L accountability
* Proven people leadership with a focus on mentoring, engagement, recruitment, and enabling a high-performing culture
