What’s Involved
- Assisting Hiring Managers with recruitment needs across various departments
- Posting job ads and helping manage candidate pipelines
- Supporting candidates through the recruitment process
- Maintaining accurate candidate records and documentation
- Learning to develop sourcing strategies and contribute to recruitment campaigns
- Providing general support to the HR team
You’ll Need
- Experienced with Microsoft Office suite
- Able to communicate clearly and professionally with people at all levels
- Great at managing time and taking initiative to get things done
Desirable
- Experience working in a large organisation would be advantageous
- Familiarity with industry-specific tickets, licenses, and qualifications is a plus
