Client 1 - Paediatric Private Practice: Our client is a respected multidisciplinary private practice in the Hunter region, delivering evidence‑based psychological services for children, adolescents, and families. They are known for client‑centred care, collaboration, and professional development, supporting clinicians to deliver meaningful outcomes across diverse presentations.
Client 2 - EAP / Organisational Psychology Provider: Our second client is a leading provider of Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and organisational psychology services across Australia. With a network of over 170 psychologists nationally, they support corporate, government, and private clients, helping workplaces and individuals achieve optimal wellbeing. They are recognised for innovation, a strong team culture, and professional growth opportunities.
The Roles
This is a fantastic opportunity for Registered Psychologists to join dynamic teams offering variety, autonomy, and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Paediatric Private Practice:
o Conduct psychological assessments, formulation, and evidence‑based interventions for children, adolescents, and families.
o Collaborate with schools, families, and other allied health professionals.
o Manage a flexible caseload with autonomy and administrative support.
o Contribute to a supportive, team‑oriented clinical environment.
* EAP / Organisational Psychology:
o Provide EAP counselling to adults, adolescents, couples, and families.
o Attend workplaces for onsite and critical incident support.
o Deliver private and Medicare‑rebated counselling as required.
o Support clients with adjustment to trauma, injury, and pain‑related concerns.
o Conduct psychological assessments and develop intervention plans.
o Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and Principal Psychologists.
What We're Looking For
* Full or provisional AHPRA registration as a Psychologist (Clinical endorsement desirable for paediatric practice).
* Experience delivering evidence‑based interventions across children, adolescents, or adults.
* Strong communication, empathy, and problem‑solving skills.
* Full Australian working rights and the ability to obtain a National Police Check.
* A current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle.
