Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This includes managing job postings, candidate profiles, and interview processes.
As a key member of our HR team, you will work closely with department heads to understand their unique needs and provide guidance on job descriptions, candidate assessments, and interview techniques.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in internal or agency recruitment
* Strong expertise in recruitment processes, interview techniques, and candidate assessment
* Confidence using recruitment software and HR technologies
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
