A large, well-established industrial and distribution organisation is undertaking a multi-year D365 Supply Chain transformation and is hiring its first Functional Analyst in this space.
This role sits within a complex ERP consolidation program, migrating multiple legacy distribution and line-of-business platforms into D365. The initial phase focuses on four platforms, with a broader roadmap covering nine ERPs over four years and expansion across APAC.
You'll work closely with a shared services team, business stakeholders, and external delivery partners to shape and embed scalable D365 solutions across manufacturing, wholesale, service order, and B2B environments.
What you'll be doing
* Lead functional analysis across D365 Supply Chain migrations
* Partner with manufacturing, wholesale, and service operations teams
* Translate business requirements into clear functional designs
* Support configuration, testing, cutover, and go-live activities
* Collaborate with external system integrators
* Help establish standards and ways of working as the platform matures
The environment
* B2B-led, manufacturing and wholesale focused
* Transactional and service-order heavy
* This is not a CRM or pure development role
What we're looking for
* Experience as a Functional Analyst or Functional Consultant across D365 Supply Chain
* Background in ERP migrations or legacy platform consolidation
* Comfortable operating in shared services or matrix environments
* Australian working rights required
What's on offer
* Permanent role with long-term program visibility
* Opportunity to shape a greenfield D365 function within an enterprise-scale organisation
