As a Customer Sales Representative, you will be responsible for creating exceptional shopping experiences for our customers in person, over the phone, and online. Your primary focus will be on providing genuine service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales performance.
Key Accountabilities
* Ensure a safe working environment by following all safety protocols and procedures.
* Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
* Meet or exceed sales targets by utilizing effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
* Maintain a high level of showroom presentation and merchandising standards, ensuring a visually appealing environment for customers.
* Process stock efficiently, receiving, dispatching, and storing products accurately.
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, contribute to a positive team culture, and participate in training and development opportunities.
Requirements
* Must have weekend availability.
* Valid driver's license required, as driving may be necessary.
