About the Position
We're seeking a seasoned professional to oversee and expand relationships with our largest clients.
This role involves resolving complex challenges, developing technical expertise in banking products, and expanding breadth of experience with national presence customers.
As a key member of our commercial division, you'll have access to supportive leadership and investment in new systems and technologies.
The ideal candidate will have experience in leading relationship teams, evaluating credit risk, and managing lending processes.
* Managing a portfolio of corporate customers with a customer-centric approach
* Collaborating with product partners and the broader credit team to structure deals
* Building valued relationships with operations teams to build efficiencies and minimize non-lending losses
* Applying strong credit and industry portfolio analysis skills towards credit proposal recommendations
* Managing compliance and assessing both new and existing transactions
* Working closely with lending services to minimize provisions
Key Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Ability to build long-term client relationships supported by best-of-class customer satisfaction outcomes
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage c-suite executives, business owners, and financial decision-makers
* Strong understanding of mid-market banking & lending products (e.g., working capital financing, trade finance, cash management, trade facilities) and ability to analyze financial statements
