CBRE Development & Infrastructure is a leading property, development and infrastructure advisory firm providing services for public and private clients across all stages of the development lifecycle, though with a focus on planning and feasibility phases in Queensland. We currently work across a range of exciting sectors, including art, sport and recreation, education, and urban renewal.
About the Role:
* Support feasibility analysis, project planning, and project strategy for projects in our key sectors.
* Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including planners, architects, and financial consultants.
* Contribute to project reporting, risk assessments, and investment memoranda.
* Engage with clients to understand drivers and conduct options analysis to assist with project pathways, monitor project progress and assist in managing timelines, budgets, and approvals.
About You:
* 3–5 years experience in development projects, ideally in a Project Management, Project Engineer, or Site Engineer supporting a Project Manager and/or Senior Project Manager.
* Demonstrated experience working across diverse projects throughout the project lifecycle, across planning, design and approvals management.
* Team player with a client focused approach.
* Ability to provide input into investment proposal submissions, business cases, or feasibility reports to clients.
* Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management, Urban Planning, or a related field.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management skills with high EI & and solutions-oriented mindset.
