Primary objective
Support the Corporate Learning and Development team by coordinating and assisting with the delivery of contemporary
learning and development initiatives that align with enterprise priorities, meet client needs and contribute to building
workforce capability.
Key duties and responsibilities
1. Provide quality administrative and coordination support, complete daily tasks to a high standard, contribute to continuous
improvement, and deliver a positive customer experience.
2. Use customer support systems, applications and workflow tools to support blended and online learning environments,
delivering a professional response to enquiries and a positive customer experience.
3. Provide accurate and timely support and guidance to participants and stakeholders for face-to-face, virtual, online, and
blended training programs.
4. Complete administrative tasks including accurate data entry, record keeping and producing routine reports across various
systems.
5. Support digital learning processes by triaging and assigning enquiries, maintaining records, preparing and refining data
reports, and updating intranet content as required.
6. Assist with maintaining and developing procedural documents, training materials and user guides, and contribute to team’s
projects as required.
7. Pursue personal development and contribute to team goals with commitment and a positive attitude.
Selection criteria
Essential
1. Provide reliable administrative support, with strong time management, organisational skills and attention to detail.
2. Ability to build positive and productive working relationships with team members, senior staff and clients to achieve
shared outcomes.
3. Strong communication skills, with the ability to build positive and respectful interactions with clients, contractors and
staff from diverse backgrounds.
4. Ability to manage competing priorities, work through challenges, use initiative and meet deadlines.
5. Sound computer literacy, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office, workflow management tools, and information
management systems.
6. Demonstrated work ethic and attitude which emulates DCDD values of commitment to service, innovation, ethical
practice, accountability, impartiality, diversity, and respect.
Desirable
1. Experience using Finance and Learning Management Systems.
