Salary Range: A$80K - A$110K per annum

Reports to: Managing Director, TSKI-Australia

About the Role

The ideal candidate for this Sales Executive role will have a. As well, they would be familiar with med device development or ISO13485 environments. This role focuses on technical discussions with pharmaceutical customers and clinicians, supporting the sales team with engineering insight, and identifying new opportunities in the Australian med-tech landscape.

Key Responsibilities

* Support technical discussions with pharmaceutical companies, clinics, and clinicians
* Provide engineering insight on product specifications, materials, and design rationale·
* Explain impacts of design changes, validation requirements, and regulatory consideration
* Serve as a key technical contact during exhibitions and professional events· Coordinate technical requirements with global R&D and engineering teams
* Identify new opportunities, technologies, and unmet needs in the Australian med-tech sector
* Analyze market trends in ophthalmology, aesthetics, IVF, pain management, and relevant fields
* Present insights and market opportunities to global teams (Japan, EU, Canada)· Support strategic proposals for new product opportunities or market entry

Qualifications & Preferred Skills

* Completed studies in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a science background
* Solid understanding of mechanical and materials fundamentals
* Ability to read and interpret 2D/3D drawings
* Strong technical coordination skills with customers
* Hands-on mindset and ability to support on-site technical inquiries
* Knowledge of medical device standards (ISO, sterilization, etc.)
* Excellent communication skills for technical and commercial discussions
* Valid working rights in Australia
