Our core business facilitates the hiring, selling, servicing and transporting of elevated work platforms including scissors, boom lifts, telehandlers and forklifts to the construction, material handling and mining sectors.

The Digital Marketing Manager - Growth Lead is accountable for driving lead volume, lead quality and commercial urgency across Access Group?s demand channels. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will play a key role in Access Group?s digital transformation, providing growth leadership and demand direction across Ecommerce, Marketing Automation and Conversion Rate Optimisation initiatives.

Working closely with Campaigns, Sales and Ecommerce, the Digital Marketing Manager - Growth Lead translates market insight and performance data into clear demand priorities, makes informed trade-offs in high-pressure environments and continuously improves demand effectiveness across multiple brands.

This role owns demand outcomes rather than delivery mechanics, ensuring marketing effort is focused where it delivers the greatest commercial impact.

Other key responsibilities will include

* Own lead volume, lead quality and commercial urgency across all demand channels for Access Group of companies
* Define and maintain the demand strategy aligned to business priorities, seasonal drivers and brand portfolios
* Translate market insight, performance data and commercial needs into clear demand direction
* Determine which demand initiatives matter most and when they need to land
* Identify opportunities to scale, optimise, pause or stop demand activity based on performance and ROI
* Brainstorm and validate new growth opportunities that materially improve demand outcomes
* Lead and develop the growth specialist team based in Manila, setting clear priorities, performance expectations and development plans aligned to demand outcomes
* Own performance and ROI across paid search, SEO, CRM, lifecycle and other demand channels
* Set performance targets and success measures for demand activity
* Work with channel specialists to improve efficiency, conversion and lead quality
* Ensure demand channels are continuously optimised based on insight and results
* Review channel performance regularly and take corrective action where required
* Partner with the Campaign Manager to ensure demand objectives are clearly reflected in campaign delivery
* Provide clear demand briefs, priorities and timing requirements to campaign teams
* Review campaign performance against demand outcomes and provide direction for optimisation
* Ensure demand intent is carried through from planning to execution without owning delivery mechanics
* Partner closely with Sales and commercial leaders across the Group to improve lead quality and conversion
* Establish feedback loops between demand performance and sales outcomes
* Use commercial insight to refine targeting, messaging direction and demand priorities
* Act as the primary marketing contact for demand-related commercial discussions
* Review demand performance and trends on a regular cadence
* Use data and analytics to inform demand decisions and future investment
* Drive continuous improvement in demand effectiveness across brands and channels
* Ensure reporting clearly reflects demand outcomes, not just activity

* Proven experience owning growth outcomes (lead volume, quality, ROI) across multiple digital channels
* Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into clear demand direction
* Experience prioritising and sequencing work in complex, high-demand environments
* Demonstrated ability to make trade-offs and focus effort where it delivers the greatest commercial impact
* Experience working across multiple brands, business units or portfolios
* Confident partnering with Sales to improve lead quality, conversion and feedback loops
* Comfortable leading specialists without micromanaging execution
* Clear communicator who can set direction, align stakeholders and hold teams accountable to outcomes
* Able to operate effectively in fast-moving, reactive environments while maintaining focus on result
* Minimum 4+ years? experience in a digital marketing, growth or performance role with clear outcome ownership
* Proven track record of improving digital demand performance and ROI
* Experience working with specialist teams across paid, search, CRM and lifecycle marketing
* Experience operating within or alongside structured marketing operations or governance models
* Ecommerce or conversion optimisation experience highly regarded
* Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads / paid media platforms
* Tag management (e.g. GTM)
* SEO and SEM performance drivers
* Ability to interpret reporting, diagnose performance issues and set optimisation direction
* Experience using performance data to inform demand decisions and prioritisation
