About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Construction Recruitment Consultant to join the Brisbane office. This role focuses on permanent white-collar placements across the construction sector — think Project Managers, Site Managers, Contract Administrators, Estimators, and more. You'll work with a mix of longstanding clients and warm job leads, while also driving BD to grow your desk with the support of an engaged leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Recruit across key white-collar roles within commercial and residential construction
* Manage the full 360 recruitment process – client briefs, candidate sourcing, placements
* Build long-term relationships with hiring managers, project leads, and industry professionals
* Use a consultative, quality-driven approach to match the right talent with the right projects
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow your desk
About You:
* Previous experience in agency recruitment – construction or technical markets preferred
* Understanding of white-collar construction roles and project lifecycles
* Strong BD instincts with the ability to identify and convert new opportunities
* Relationship-focused approach with high attention to candidate and client care
* Driven, proactive, and ready to contribute to a high-performing team
