Purpose
Provide specialist Social Work services that support consumers and carers, drive positive health outcomes, uphold clinical excellence, ethical practice, and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities
* Deliver specialist, high‐quality social work services within a fast‐paced critical care setting.
* Support patients and their families through complex and acute health experiences with a patient‐centred approach.
* Collaborate closely with medical, nursing, and allied health professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Contribute to a supportive, innovative, and team‐focused healthcare culture.
* Promote holistic care and enhance patient wellbeing while growing your professional practice.
Qualifications & Experience
* Highly skilled and motivated Social Work professional with advanced clinical expertise and leadership capability.
* Ability to prioritise and manage demanding workloads, respond to stressful situations, apply advanced reasoning skills and independent judgement.
* Experience working independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
* High‐level written and verbal communication skills; proficient in contemporary clinical computer systems.
* Demonstrated experience in providing clinical supervision, expert advice, consulting, and leading, implementing and evaluating quality improvement initiatives using evidence‐based social work practice.
* Recognised Social Work degree providing eligibility for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
