This role involves optimizing hiring processes, centralizing talent acquisition efforts, and supporting hiring managers through interviews. You'll own the talent funnel from role scoping to nurturing candidates with a delightful experience.
You'll collaborate with hiring managers to filter applications, conduct screening calls, and optimize interview processes to identify top-caliber talent. We're looking for someone comfortable with headhunting tactics, cold outreach, and building relationships with tech startup craftspeople.
