About the role We now have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Customer Service Assistant to join our team and support our daily operations.
This role would ideally suit someone who enjoys variety delivering both administration support and customer service at our trade counter
Our team is supportive, friendly, and thrives on collaboration and as the Customer Service Assistant you will provide essential administrative and data entry support to the team and Office Manager, helping ensure the efficient operation of the sales department and also being a friendly face to our customers
What does my day to day look like?
Sales Administration including but not limited to sales data entry Meeting and greeting our customers, providing exceptional customer service Assist our operations and service teams to deliver excellent customer service What you will bring to the role: Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Good computer literacy skills and familiarity of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel High accuracy of data entry and data management Strong communication skills with a passion for customer service Friendly and approachable with a can-do attitude Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software systems would be beneficial but not essential Why join us?
