What You’ll Be Doing
With training and support, you’ll learn to:
* Operate and monitor boiler and utility systems
* Carry out routine checks, water testing, and basic maintenance
* Assist with repairs, breakdowns, and preventative maintenance
* Support production operations across multiple sites
* Maintain safe, clean, and efficient work areas
What We’re Looking For
We’re open to applicants without prior boiler experience — the right attitude is key.
You’ll do well if you are:
* Mechanically minded and enjoy hands-on work
* Reliable, safety-conscious, and willing to learn
* Comfortable working both independently and in a team
* 4:00am starts and occasional travel between sites
* Keen to develop skills and gain licences/tickets (e.g. Boiler, EWP, etc.)
Previous experience in mechanical, engineering, or plant operations is an advantage but not essential.
