ADMIN / SALES SUPPORT / River 949 Looking for a career in Entertainment? Want to work at the biggest radio, streaming and podcasting network in Australia? River 949 is looking for an organised and friendly Admin / Sales Support professional to be the first point of contact for our station—providing excellent service in person, by phone, and via email. You'll support the Sales Team and General Manager with day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth running of the office and sales processes. Key Responsibilities
* Reception duties
* Provide Admin support for the General Manager if required
* Prepare sales proposals, agreements, reports, and presentations
* Assist with promotions and outside broadcasts
* Provide local support for finance processes (AP/AR)
About You
* Proficient in MS Office; experience with Canva and PowerPoint
* Strong attention to detail and communication skills
* Able to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Media industry experience is an advantage
