1. Operate civil plant (e.g. roller, skid steer, excavator, watercart) for road, drainage, kerb, and footpath work.
2. Safely deliver day-to-day maintenance and construction projects across the city.
3. Complete scheduled work orders, report defects, and update asset data using digital tools.
4. Follow safe work procedures and help maintain clean, hazard-free worksites.
5. Take part in toolbox meetings, safety discussions, and ongoing team training.
6. Communicate clearly and respectfully with your crew, supervisors, and community members.
You're someone who...
* Has experience in civil construction and operating plant and equipment.
* Takes safety seriously and works with care and attention to detail.
* Enjoys working as part of a team and brings a can-do attitude to every job.
* Has a current WA driver's license and White Card (or willing to obtain).
* Can read and follow plans and procedures, and complete paperwork or timesheets accurately.
* Is physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in various conditions.
* Can use tech tools for tasks like job logging and time entry.
