Your new role will see you;
* Managing the day-to-day operations of our clinic including stock management, people management and rostering, and maintaining client records
* Leading and developing our team to provide an excellent client experience, exceptional patient care and to build a positive team culture
* Ensuring that monthly KPI’s are met
* Driving our business forward through creating and implementing local marketing initiatives
* Nursing duties as required; including training and mentoring nurses
* Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent experience)
* Genuine care for clients, patients and your team
* Experience in Practice Management or as a Senior Vet Nurse with team management, strong leadership and team building skills
* An extensive knowledge and understanding of veterinary nursing procedures
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Good business insight and organisational skills
