About the Role
We're offering permanent and casual opportunities, making this a great fit whether you're building experience in the education space or bringing established skills to a dynamic team. You'll play a key role in supporting children before and after school through fun, engaging, and enriching experiences.
Hours of Work
Morning Care: 7:00 am – 9:00 am
Afternoon Care: 3:30 pm – 6:00 pm
Split shifts provide flexibility and balance — ideal for those juggling study, family commitments, or other interests.

Job Description
Your Role as an Educator
Create Safe and Inspiring Spaces
Design environments where children feel secure, supported, and motivated to explore and learn.
Plan Engaging Experiences
Lead hands-on, fun, and creative activities that spark curiosity, imagination, and a love of learning.
Build Strong Connections
Develop positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues, fostering a welcoming, community-focused environment.
Champion Wellbeing and Growth
Support each child's social, emotional, and developmental needs while promoting overall wellbeing.
Collaborate and Innovate
Work closely with your team to co-create programs that reflect children's interests, ideas, and voices.
Qualifications
What You'll Bring
* A genuine passion for working with children
* A warm, collaborative approach with strong communication skills
* Cert III (or higher) in an ACECQA recognised qualification (or currently studying)
* Valid First Aid, CPR, WWCC, and Australian work rights (or able to obtain these)
