Meerilinga is seeking an experienced Executive Manager Services to join its Executive Leadership Team, overseeing children's education, parenting and community programs across its centres. This role provides strategic leadership, ensures compliance and child-safe practices, and drives service quality, performance, and community impact.

Description
Reporting to the CEO, the Executive Manager Services leads all children's education, parenting and community programs delivered across MCCS centres. You will drive service performance, quality, compliance, and community impact, while providing strong leadership to staff and ensuring programs reflect Meerilinga's values and child-safe principles.
The key responsibilities of this role are to:
Provide strategic leadership and operational management for all MCCS programs and services.
Oversee the operations of community service coordinators and other team members to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Ensure child-safe practices, proactive risk management and full compliance with legislation, regulations and organisational policies.
Develop and implement strategies that meet organisational objectives and respond to community needs.
Monitor, evaluate and report on program performance to improve service delivery standards and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build partnerships and identify opportunities for new initiatives.
Oversee CCS enrolments, administration processes, marketing and service promotion.
Manage budgets, allocate resources effectively and support financial sustainability.

Demonstrated continuous improvement and compliance capability.

A commitment to creating meaningful and positive outcomes for communities.
Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations and sector frameworks.
