Position:
Contracts Coordinator
Experience Required:
Minimum 1 year experience in A-Z Residential Conveyancing
The Role:
As a Contracts Coordinator, you will provide administration and secretarial functions to a busy in-house team with a strong emphasis on residential contract management and compliance with the Property Occupations Act and Agents Financial Administration Act.
Key Responsibilities:
Process listings and contracts of sale with emphasis on accuracy and compliance – sales transactions
Preparation of correspondence
Communicate with Solicitors on behalf of Real Estate Agents
Create and maintain professional relationships with clients, solicitors and peers
Trust Accounts deposit receipts and payments
Update changes and status of property records in CRM to reflect transaction progress
Enter price information for web display into the CRM following verification of instruction
Conduct Title search and company search and identify issues
Prepare for and process settlements
Document/file management for listing, sale and trust account records
Active participation in team meetings, initiatives and projects.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Residential Conveyancing – those with more years of experience are welcome to apply
Proficient in PEXA and knowledgeable about Queensland Conveyancing laws and regulations.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
