Haynes is seeking a reliable Yardperson to join our client in Stapylton. This hands‐on role involves operating a 16-tonne forklift, loading and unloading traffic barriers, and performing general yard and maintenance tasks.

What's on offer
* Location: Stapylton, QLD
* Hours: 7:00am – 3:00pm + overtime. Occasionally weekend and night shift hours.
* Type: Casual role with potential to transition to permanent
Key Responsibilities
* Safely load and unload traffic barriers using a 16-tonne forklift
* Sort and conduct minor repairs on barriers (e.g., rebolting signage)
* Maintain a clean and organised yard environment
* Assist with basic maintenance and stock control
* Complete required paperwork accurately
What we're looking for
* Driver's Licence and reliable transport
* Forklift Licence (essential)
* Ability to perform physical work and manual handling tasks
* Reliable, self‐motivated, and adaptable to changing shifts
* Previous yard or labouring experience preferred
* Physically fit and able to pass a Drug & Alcohol screen
