Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Sydney, NSW, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of office fitout and renovation projects. Key responsibilities include managing project timelines, budgets, and documentation while coordinating with clients, vendors, and contractors. The Project Manager will also ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards and handle logistical and operational challenges to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications
* Strong Project Management skills, including the ability to lead projects from inception to timely completion while adhering to budgets
* Proficiency in Expeditor and Expediting activities, ensuring materials and supplies are efficiently managed and delivered
* Experience in Inspection and adherence to quality control and compliance standards
* Expertise in Logistics Management, including planning, coordination, and supplier communication
* Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Relevant qualifications in Project Management or a related field (e.g., construction management, engineering)
* Experience in the construction, fitout, or related industry is highly advantageous
