Role Description

The Assistant Manager will assist in overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, and managing staff performance. This is a full-time or part-time, on-site role located in the Greater Sydney Area. Responsibilities include coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations, resolving customer complaints, supervising the inventory, and supporting the team to deliver a premium pub experience.

Responsibilities

* Oversee daily operations to maintain high standards of customer service
* Manage staff performance and provide guidance and leadership
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
* Resolve customer complaints and maintain positive patron experiences
* Supervise inventory and assist with stock control
* Support the team to deliver a premium pub experience

Qualifications

* Experience in hospitality management, staff supervision, and customer service
* Skills in inventory management, budgeting, and financial oversight
* Proficiency in conflict resolution, team coordination, and problem-solving
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work independently and within a team environment
* A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field is desirable
* Prior experience in the hospitality industry is beneficial
