**About the opportunity**
The Site Co-ordinator reports to the Project Manager and is part of the Supaloc construction team. In this highly rewarding role, your focus will be to provide direction to the sub-contractor installers to ensure Supaloc processes and expectations are achieved on site.
More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
- Provide direction to the sub-contractor installers to ensure Supaloc processes and expectations are achieved
- Complete Frame and Truss delivery checklists to ensure that delivery costs are contained, and customer promise is delivered
- Review sub-contractor claims
- Organise mobile plant and equipment requirements within budget
- Complete QA documentation to ensure compliance
- Provide project progress updates and resolve issues that may impact timelines and quality
- Coordinate with internal and external departments to ensure seamless flow of the project through the business and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
**About you**
To be successful in this highly rewarding role you will demonstrate alignment to the purpose and core values of Supaloc and NXT Group along with:
- Trade Qualifications in Carpentry or similar discipline and with exposure to residential construction
- Ability to achieve Supervisor License with Conditions
- Driver's License and White Card essential
- Ability to lead Safe Operations, through strong focus on Risk Assessment, Safe Work Methods, Hazard Identification and Close-out Action Planning
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgeting, variations and sub-contractor invoicing
- Customer focused attitude
- Effective verbal and non-verbal communication skills
