What You'll Do
As an OT at ELEV8, you'll:
* Deliver engaging, client-centred therapy across NDIS, Aged Care, and optional Occupational Rehabilitation schemes
* Conduct functional and holistic assessments, collaborating with clients, families, employers, and other supports
* Support clients across clinic, home, community, and workplace settings
* Contribute to multidisciplinary case discussions and service improvement initiatives
* Be part of program development and continuous quality improvement
What We're Looking For
* Degree in Occupational Therapy + AHPRA registration
* NDIS experience is essential
* Occupational Rehab/Comcare experience is a bonus; willingness to obtain accreditation highly regarded
* 2+ years' clinical experience preferred
* Creative, collaborative, and strength-based approach to therapy
* Independent and self-motivated, yet thrives in a team-focused culture
* Current ACT/NSW WWCC, National Police Check, and NDIS Worker Screening
