We are seeking a
***proactive
**Office / Workplace Coordinator** to join a global leader in facility management services. You will be working with an in office team for one of their major clients in Energy Resources.
As the Office & Facilities Coordinator, you will play an integral part in ensuring the office runs as efficiently as possible - whether that is managing the services providers, reviewing contracts or providing accounts and administration support to the senior members of the team. You will be hands on in your approach, and be willing to take on any task, big or small.
**commence on Monday 27th February.**
**What You Will Be Doing**
- Escalation of urgent office maintenance, equipment or technology issues
- Liaise with contractors providing services to the tenancy
- Administration tasks such as work order management, raising of purchase orders and invoice processing
- Setting up meetings rooms
**About You**
You must be able to demonstrate a passion for doing things well, for being thorough, have strong communication and problem-solving skills with a "can do attitude".
Working Holiday Visa Holders with relevant experience will be considered.
