The position of Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to the Surgical Specialty Departments and their members.


Key Responsibilities

* Provide comprehensive and high-level administrative support to the Surgical Specialty Departments and their members.
* Maintain computer information systems and use effective data processing mechanisms for the retrieval and storage of data.
* Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders and ensure a caring and courteous manner is shown towards clients, members of the public and co-workers, with a customer service focus.


Duties

* Coordinating shared mailboxes.
* Diary management.
* Processing and tracking of timesheets, overtime, leave and shift swap forms.
* Ad hoc meeting preparation and minute taking.
* Rostering.

In this role, you will contribute to the coordination of the day-to-day general administration of the office to ensure that operations are maintained in an effective and efficient manner.
