Our client provide manufacturing and rental services to a diverse customer portfolio across multiple industry sectors. This is an exceptional opportunity to join the Service Department providing leadership and direction whilst maintaining high quality, efficient service to all customers.
Specific responsibilities include: -
* Managing branch service team of 25 (including staff & contractors)
* Providing leadership, mentoring, training & supervision
* Delivering performance feedback including driver debriefs and weekly check-in meetings
* Managing vehicle fleet operations and compliance overseeing repairs, maintenance & servicing requirements
* Executing of strategic plans and project outcomes
* Monitoring route data, driver safety, service quality, and optimise as required
* Ensuring compliance to safety policies & relevant legislative standards
* Resolving customer disputes
To be considered for this role you will have:
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Valid driver's licence
* Tertiary qualifications in business management or equivalent business experience
* Competent computer skills in MS Office including Excel & CRM
* Experience in logistics, customer service and fleet management
* Knowledgeable on compliance on rules and regulations of transport, trucking, licences & registrations
This permanent full time position is on site full time Monday to Fridays with parking provided. Hours are 8.00am to 4.00pm (however occasional flexibility may be required). The salary guide is $120, % quarterly KPI bonus + Super.
