Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Regional General Manager, Youth Justice. This role will be part of our region's executive management team and will work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
This is a key leadership opportunity to influence strengthened diversionary responses, promote opportunities for the rehabilitation of young offenders and contribute to community safety and assist with crime reduction in the community.
About the Role
* Provide expert advice to senior management on regional strategies and operations.
* Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver effective services and programs.
* Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure quality assurance and compliance.
* Develop and implement plans and strategies to achieve regional goals.
Requirements
* Significant expertise in the statutory Youth Services context and delivery of community-based services responding to children and young people.
* Extensive experience in case management of complex and/or high-risk individuals/young people within relevant legislative, practice and procedural frameworks.
* Demonstrated experience in leading and managing cross-functional operations and determining service delivery resource allocation.
* Able to create a culture that supports and respects individuality and promotes diverse ideas and approaches.
