A leading HVAC-services company with more than 30 years' experience in servicing and installing building systems, and provides full heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions.
They have a solid pipeline of projects lined up for 2026 across education, defence, commercial, and infrastructure upgrades. Project values range up to $20m. The immediate project is a year-long AC upgrade project on a defence site in Sydney.
What your day looks like:
Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring HVAC installations are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to maintain smooth project delivery.
Manage and supervise site teams, providing clear direction and resolving on-site challenges as they arise.
Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards and project documentation.
Report on site performance, progress, and issues to senior management while maintaining strong client relationships.
About you:
Proven experience as an HVAC Site Manager delivering large-scale projects from start to completion.
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, and commissioning within commercial environments.
Ability to manage subcontractors, site teams, and coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients.
Solid understanding of site safety, compliance, and quality assurance standards in the building services sector.
Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to problem-solve and keep projects on schedule and within budget.
Australian citizen and able to pass a police check.
