Job Description:
The role of the Business & Enterprise Sales and Service Operations Manager is to lead a team in optimizing sales journeys, enhancing customer service, and aligning both functions with broader business goals.
This position bridges the gap between sales strategy and execution, ensuring that both sales and service teams operate efficiently, effectively, and collaboratively.
The objective is to critically align company objectives of driving customer experience, retention, and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities include leading a desk-based team of Small Business Account Managers to deliver growth and retention targets, developing and implementing scalable sales processes and workflows, and leading onshore Small Business & Enterprise mobility customer service teams.
Additional duties involve leading a team of customer onsite Service Specialists to drive standard and consistent service management experience into key accounts, driving continuous improvement initiatives across both departments, and building and maintaining strong business relationships with key stakeholders and internal and external business partners.
