Key Responsibilities
* Develop, maintain, and implement planograms and visual planograms in line with Head Office strategy
* Support stock control and inventory accuracy
* Conduct stock and merchandising audits across stores
* Maintain and continuously improve in-store merchandising and visual standards
* Execute commercial floor changes based on data analysis, store performance, and current trends
* Ensure visual directives from Head Office are accurately implemented in-store
* Provide feedback, insights, and recommendations to improve product presentation and brand consistency
* Work closely with cross-functional Head Office teams including Buying, Marketing, and Operations
*Skills & Experience*
* Previous visual merchandising experience within a retail environment
* Strong attention to detail with a commercial mindset
* Ability to work independently while collaborating with Head Office and store teams
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify improvement opportunities
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Diploma in Visual Merchandising or Marketing is advantageous but not essential
* Current driver's licence, reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel across multiple locations
About You
You are an experienced Merchandiser who enjoys a Head Office environment while also being hands-on in-store. You're comfortable travelling across Sydney stores and occasionally supporting regional and interstate locations to ensure visual consistency and execution excellence.
