We require a Junior Property Manager to assist and support our Senior Property Manager.

As a Junior Property Manager, you will be engaged in a broad range of property management duties for the day-to-day management of properties including:
* Working with dedicated onsite Building Managers
* Managing rent arrears, rent reviews and lease renewals
* Coordinating routine Inspections
* Communicating with landlords regarding repairs and maintenance
* Managing a challenging and interesting rental market
* General assistance to the Senior Property Manager
Required skills/attributes:
* At least 2 years’ previous experience as an Assistant Property Manager or similar role
* A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to construct proficient and professional correspondence to landlords and tenants
* Work autonomously while being part of a large team
* You will be team focused, reliable, able to work in a busy environment
* Experience in Property Tree or a similar program is highly desired
Please note this is a Monday to Friday office-based role. There is no Saturday work, and our on-site building managers look after the leasing and inspection tasks. You must be able to work full time hours in our Southport, Gold Coast location.
