About the role:

Based out of our Norwest office you will be able to perform and manage the clerical and administrative functions of the Concrete and Logistics business.

The function of the role includes providing excellent administrative and secretarial support to the Regional Logistics Managers. This is a key role providing support, coordinating communications and compliance within the team and applying organisational skills to ensure the team operates efficiently.

About you

Demonstrating a strong administration background and general understanding of the Transport industry the key duties are as follows:

* Perform and manage all key admin duties including Monthly Reporting
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Manage and gather all the required on boarding documents and update the on boarding registers for new and existing drivers.
* Working knowledge of CoR legislation, NHVR and NSW transport rules and regulations
* Experience and competence using SAP and Google drive and Mail applications
