Provide critical analysis and project support for a salary review project at Charles Darwin University.
About the Position
As part of the University’s Wage Integrity project, you’ll play a crucial role in reviewing, validating, and
analysing casual timesheet records and payments.
This role requires excellent attention to detail and advance skills in data analysis and the ability to understand and interpret complex payment rules. The heart of your work will be entering, interpreting, analysing, and processing payments with precision. You will also be required to liaise with ex- employees to collect updated contact details and respond to call center queries related to the project.

Due to the nature of the project, applications will be considered for flexible arrangements, part-time and full-time positions.
About You
To be successful, you will require:
- Demonstratable experience in the use of Excel, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to receive and handle sensitive information in a proficient and confidential manner.
- Demonstrated experience in using payroll or data entry systems, as well as reviewing and applying award or agreement pay rules.
- Experience in customer service and the ability to communicate effectively across a range of platforms.
- Capacity to organise and prioritise workloads with minimal supervision to meet deadlines.
- Engage in effective and proactive teamwork, recognising the skills of others, and utilising cooperative approaches.
- Successful background engaging with staff, clients and other stakeholders, through a professional and positive approach to interactions.
Multiple positions are available in both a full-time and part-time capacity.

Remuneration
Appointment to this role will be based on individual skills sets and experience. The base salary range is $70,037 – $87,716 pa plus superannuation and other entitlements.
