Primary Teacher
Teaching Subject: Physical Education
Contract Type: Permanent/Ongoing Position Part Time (0.20 FTE)

Applications are invited from suitably experienced persons for an ongoing teacher position to commence in term 3 2025. This is a teaching position in accordance with the Diocese of Sale Catholic Education Limited Schools and Secretariat Agreement 2022. The successful applicant/s will have a demonstrated commitment to Catholic education & to the safety & wellbeing of children.
St James is seeking a passionate, dedicated educator who is committed to working in collaborative learning teams with the skills necessary to provide students with a rich and rewarding educational experience and will embrace expert teaching and learning practices.
St James Catholic Primary School is a co-educational primary school located in the semi-rural township of Nar Nar Goon, just outside of Pakenham and approximately 20 km from Berwick. The school prides itself on being a welcoming community where everyone is valued and respected.
This position is one day a week - Wednesdays

Special Requirements
• Accreditation to teach Religious Education in a Catholic school is preferred
• Appropriate registration with Victorian Institute of Teaching
