 
        
        Job Title: Operations Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
 * Manage club communications via phone, email and in person.
 * Oversee financial administration using Xero (accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations).
 * Organise events, memberships and training via RevSports.
 * Create engaging promotional content with Canva.
 * Coordinate membership renewals, club licensing, insurance and compliance.
 * Stocktake and order merchandise, equipment and supplies.
 * Assist instructors with course logistics and material preparation.
 * Support committees, sailing calendars and WHS compliance.
 * Keep our beautiful Regatta Room and club spaces clean and tidy.
 * Administer grants, sponsorships and governance requirements.
 * Perform other varied operational and administrative tasks as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
 * Proficiency in Xero, RevSports, Canva and Microsoft Office.
 * Strong organisational, communication and customer service skills.
 * Confident with accounting, data entry and technical tools.
 * Ability to multitask, solve problems and manage time independently.
 * A positive, flexible attitude and alignment with club values.
 * Current driver's license.
 * Ability to obtain a QLD Blue Card and First Aid certificate.
