Key Responsibilities
* Provide strategic advice on construction and development projects.
* Manage relationships with development partners, head contractors, and consultancy teams.
* Oversee feasibility models, project costs, quality, procurement contracts, and project milestones.
* Prepare contract briefs, tenders, awards, and manage services.
* Report on project progress to senior management.
Requirements
* A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Development Manager.
* Proven background in project and financial management, feasibility, cost planning, forecasting, and commercial administration.
* Ability to manage contractors and lead project teams independently.
