Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Support Officer located in Adelaide, SA. The Student Support Officer will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to students, addressing their inquiries, and offering technical support as needed. Day-to-day tasks include assisting students with academic and personal concerns, ensuring they have access to necessary resources, and supporting the student services team with various administrative tasks. The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with students and staff members.

* Analytical Skills to assess and address student concerns
* Technical Support skills to assist with various inquiries
* Relevant qualifications in education, counseling, or a related field
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and student management systems is a plus
* Experience in the educational or vocational training sector is an advantage
