Machine Operator

About the Role
* Operate print finishing machines according to schedule and ensure they are running efficiently.
* Conduct quality checks on products to meet customer specifications and company standards.
* Pack and transfer finished goods to the despatch holding area.
* Support printers and manufacturing teams as required.
* Maintain quality assurance practices, adhere to safe work practices, and participate in general housekeeping.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Mechanical aptitude is highly desirable.
* Experience working in the manufacturing industry, particularly with labels, is preferred but not essential as on-the-job training is provided.
* Basic computer proficiency is necessary.
* Ability to discern all colors.
* Physically able to perform manual handling tasks.
