With a supportive management team and solid market reputation, they're now looking for an experienced estimator to take ownership of the estimating function and drive its continued success.About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to take ownership of the estimating department and play a key role in securing and delivering commercial projects throughout SEQ.
You'll be trusted to utilise your existing industry contacts, preferred suppliers, and preferred estimating methods/processes to achieve outstanding results.
This role offers the perfect blend of autonomy and support, with the flexibility to base yourself at the Brisbane office, work from home, or operate from the Toowoomba office if preferred.Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:Managing the full tender process, from evaluating opportunities to submissionBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and clientsPreparing accurate cost plans, budgets, and tender submissions for projects $50k–$5mIdentifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or complianceLiaising with the project delivery team to ensure smooth handover and accurate cost controlDriving department efficiency and continuous improvement initiativesAbout YouYou're a confident, experienced estimator who enjoys taking full ownership of your work and being trusted to deliver results.
