We are currently seeking an experienced and ambitious Partner Management Team Lead - AIOT to join our AIOT Business Group in New South Wales, reporting to the Account Management Director - OP.The Partner Management Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of our partner ecosystem for ASUS AIOT Business, ensuring effective collaboration, performance, and alignment with our business and partnership strategies.Key aspects of the role are including but not limited to:Overseeing the execution of partner engagement strategies, ensuring partners are aligned with company goals;Managing existing partnerships and actively seeking out new business opportunities;Negotiating and managing partnership agreements;Building up strong relationships with existing and new ANZ distributors and ISV/SI/VAR partners, marketing partners, and vendor partners;Actively seeking and developing new potential partners that helps develop and implement the marketing strategy for the ASUS AIOT business;Fostering strong, productive partnerships aligned with the objectives of our Partner Program;Working closely with internal teams (e.g. OP CPM, Marketing, Product Administration) to ensure alignment and successful partnerships;Championing the use of CRM and tracking tools to maintain up-to-date and accurate partner data;Coordinating partner participation in key events, campaigns, and promotional activities;Build up a strong and well-performing partner management team for the ASUS AIOT business from scratch;Set up KPI and growth targets for the team members, lead the team to reach company-assigned performance goals;Facilitating regular reporting on partner performance, program success metrics, and areas for improvement;Identifying areas to enhance partner engagement, operational efficiency, and team performance;Contributing to the evolution of partner strategy through market insights and feedback;Leading initiatives that improve partner satisfaction and strengthen long-term collaboration;Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in partner development;Promoting knowledge sharing and alignment across the team to ensure consistent partner engagement practices.Qualifications:Tertiary qualificationsAt least 10 years of experience in partnership management, channel programs, or similar functions within the IT Hardware IndustryProven experience leading or mentoring a high-performing teamSolid understanding of the IT hardware industry and its partner dynamicsStrong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at multiple levelsExcellent communication and presentation skillsPrevious Experience in CRM Management and Excel softwareProactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering outcomes in a dynamic environmentAustralian citizen or permanent resident with unlimited working rights within Australia, no overseas applicants.No recruitment agency please!An attractive package will be offered for the most suitable candidate and high performance will be rewarded accordingly.To apply for this position please send through your resume.
