Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Purchasing Manager to lead our parts management team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring seamless interactions between the Service and Sales teams.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships. They will also maintain accurate records of parts inventory and sales performance, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, sales, and profitability.
* At least 3 years of experience in automotive parts management is preferred
* A strong sense of organisation, with attention to detail is essential
* Excellent people management skills, with the ability to foster a positive team culture
* Proficient in dealer management systems (e.g. ERA, Titan DMS)
* Strong communication skills, with a customer-focused approach
* Motivated to achieve targets and drive growth within the department
