Job Description
* Build financial models and run scenario analyses to support adviser recommendations.
* Prepare high‐quality SOAs, ROAs, and technical advice documents.
* Conduct product, platform, and investment research to support strategy development.
* Coordinate end‐to‐end implementation of advice strategies, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Maintain CRM data integrity and ensure client files meet compliance requirements.
* Prepare review packs and support ongoing client service workflows.
* Liaise with product providers to validate data, fees, and technical inputs.
* Assist senior advisers with technical summaries, projections, and client‐ready materials.
The Successful Applicant
* Has experience as a paraplanner or associate adviser within a financial planning environment.
* Understands superannuation, investments, retirement planning and insurance fundamentals.
* Has strong capability with modelling tools and advice software (e.g., Xplan).
* Has excellent written communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.
* Is analytical, structured, and comfortable working behind the scenes to support senior advisers.
* Demonstrates professional integrity and a client‐first mindset.
* Holds or is progressing toward relevant qualifications (e.g., FASEA/Financial Adviser Standards education).
